Concept electric bike on hydrogen fuel
This project developed three French companies. Cycleurope – European manufacturer of bicycles in the arsenal of which about a dozen brands. Pragma Industries – developer of recyclable containers and highly fuel cell. Ventec – is responsible for the control of electrical circuits and charging the battery pack.
Alter Bike-the electric bike,that notable the hybrid power supply system of the power unit. Its basis – the hydrogen fuel cell, wherein fuel cartridges posted on the processed container, and the major by-products is heat generating electricity and water.
Fuel blocks can replace for couple of seconds, besides their size quite small, so that, going in the road, you can take a few cartridges and replace them as needed.
Alter Bike is equipped with the same lithium- ion battery. But unlike other similar bike, its engine can operate even when the battery runs out – the main thing, that in the hydrogen tank not ran out of fuel. Of course, you can ride it, and the usual way – pedaling.
